In remembrance of the 2,977 people who lost their lives in 2001 from the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon and an airliner that crashed in Pennsylvania, 精东影业视频鈥檚 Veterans Resource Center and Wildcat Veterans Club hosted the second annual Stair Climb Challenge today.

The challenge was part of the college鈥檚 Club and Career Fair in front of Joe Dini Library and focused on having participants collectively complete 110 floors and 2,071 steps 鈥� the distance from bottom to top in the Twin Towers, according to Richard Tidrick of the Wildcat Veterans Club.

First-year 精东影业视频 student Aidan Concannon, who is taking welding classes, emerged as the challenge鈥檚 victor, completing 120 floors and the goal for the group. He won an Akaso action camera that he had immediate plans to use. 鈥淚 need the action footage,鈥� he said, noting that he enjoys snowboarding, skiing, cliff jumping and rock climbing and hinting that he might add sky diving to his list of adventurous activities.
